If your office is too depend on papers and cannot go paperless, then the best thing you could do is to recycle them. Papers that were printed with texts or images can still be used as scratch papers. Look around your office, in areas where there are many computers, see the tons of wires? It looks awful, right? You can organize it without even spending a dime.
